The Spring harvest is not always as busy as we'd like you to believe. When the bulk of the harvest sprouts, we're busy making puerh tea. Yet, the life of a tea maker involves an intense activity: waiting. Between the intense phases of the production run, some gardens will keep delivering leaves to the factory. To deal with these daily low volumes, we have dozens of flat bamboo baskets, on which we make white tea. Moonlight white is the traditional yunnan white tea, its making is simple, and yet requires time and room in the factory.
