Spring 2025 Sun-dried black light roast

Processed in late march 2025Natural tea garden material from Liu Dui Garden Sun-dried black tea, medium oxidation, light roast 130C for 2 hours.    We made some sun-dried black tea during the early days of the Spring 2025 harvest. Yubai also purchased an electric roasting machine. It was time to give it a try. We set the machine to 130 degrees Celsius for two hours, and the leaves responded with a complex fragrance. Very nice to enjoy in the moment, but probably won't age as well as the unroasted version, we recommend you drink it within one year. Let's see how the fragrance develops!
