1lb per package Tuna Tartare Recipe from Chef Madeline Medon of Farmers & Fishermen: 1# Fresh Tuna Bits cut into small cubes1 tablespoon grated ginger1.5 tablespoons shoyu or soy sauce2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice1.5 tablespoons sesame oil 3 teaspoons sesame seeds,toasted1 large green onion finely sliced In a small bowl whisk together ginger, shoyu, lime juice and sesame oil.
