Beef Tallow

Looking for a seed oil alternative? Or a dairy-free alternative to butter or ghee? Try beef tallow. Tallow is rendered fat. It's a rich source of saturated fat that is solid at room temperature and melts when heated. Also has many non-culinary uses such as cosmetics and balm. Tallow has a higher smoke point than other fats and oils, making it more suitable for high temperature uses where it's less likely to oxidize. Your tallow ships frozen in a resealable 1 quart container.
