Flank Steak

Lean and boneless with lots of intense beef flavor. Much like the skirt steak, you give up some tenderness in exchange for bold flavor.  Flank steak strips are the ideal main ingredient in your tacos, kabobs, or stir fry.  Marinating isn’t necessary but adds to the enjoyment.  Grill, broil, or sear and slice thin against the grain.
