About this coffee: Tabi La Roca is the latest creation from the anaerobic masterminds at El Vergel.  Shady at El Vergel has been teaching his neighbors and friends all about the art of anaerobic fermentation.  Shady has connected with his neighbor Jorge Rojas who has been using the anaerobic fermentation processing style to bring out wildly fruity flavors in his coffees.
