We're thrilled to offer dried organic mushrooms from Smallhold. We are taking another step on our journey towards zero waste by preserving extra or funny-looking (but perfectly delicious) mushrooms through dehydration at our farms. Each bag contains 1 ounce of dehydrated mushrooms, equivalent to roughly 10 ounces of fresh mushrooms! Mushroom Rescue: We either grew a little extra or rescued what we call "funnies," mushroom misfits that are still incredibly delicious. These mushrooms get to take on a longer second life in the form of flavorful, dried mushrooms. Organic: As always, our mushrooms are USDA-certified organic. No preservatives!
