Our handcrafted Ginger Ale is a sophisticated soda, pale in color and reminiscent of a light, sparkling chardonnay. Fire-brewing gives it a complex flavor that is very dry on the palate, combining the bite of ginger ale with a surprising hint of oak. Its unique taste is nothing like the ginger ale you are used to. Non-Alcoholic Serving Recommendations: Enjoy well-chilled from the bottle or in a mug. No ice needed. Or, try it in an ice cream float. Ginger Ale mixes well with our Cherry-Cran. Alcoholic Serving Recommendations: Sprecher Ginger Ale is great in a Moscow Mule, a Kentucky Mule, or with rum.
