They use fresh ingredients and don’t use preservatives or whipped oils as cheap filler. Their hummus tastes great because it’s made with real food, and that’s what makes it better. Thai Basil is made with, obviously, lots of fresh Thai basil giving it great herbal flavor with just a hint of anise!
