Chicory dandelion can be used as a coffee. As well as a filler for coffee. But most folks use it as a green this variety makes great greens harvest the stalks about 6 to 10 inches. Grows pretty quickly about 45 days for greens will grow in just about any zone. As with most greens try to avoid the heat of summer.
