Maturity Date: 80 days Snowball Improved Cauliflower has large, wrapped leaves that curl up and over curd; they are cold tolerant and produce good yields of snow white, delicately flavored heads. This variety is a unchanged heirloom. Seeds will grow true Non-GMO and are beyond organic. These transplant great; we use the bareroot system. Also will field hold fairly well. Use for spring, summer, and fall.  To all our farmers market growers don't over look this variety you will get folks doing there weekly shopping  Do you want them to buy from you or spend there money at the supermarket.
