Westmoreland Milk Glass Chick-a-dee Plate

This milk glass beaded edge plate is made by Westmoreland and decorated with a hand painted chick-a-dee. The plate is in very good vintage condition with no damage observed.  7.5 inches in diameter These are vintage items which have a rich history.
