Root Beer Kombucha Flavoring

Wet your whistle with this traditional root beer kombucha! An old favorite flavor with a modern twist, our root beer kombucha spices will take your kombucha-brewing skills to the next level, the perfect way to quench your thirst! * Note, this flavoring works a bit different than our other kombucha flavorings because it is a base of roots rather than fruits. Please make sure to read directions on the bag and add 1-2 tsp of brown sugar and/or a few raisins to each bottle to insure fizz and full flavor. Roots extract flavor at a much slower rate than fruits and also do not contain sweetener for the kombucha fermentation process. Adding extra sugar and or raisins is necessary to make this flavoring work correctly. These roots may also be boiled for 10-15 minutes and sugar added to create syrup that then may be added to your kombucha to speed up the fermentation process.
