 This HORIZONTAL shoulder holster set is custom molded by hand from heavy top grain premium cowhide.  It is designed to hang horizontally under the shoulder.  This is a durable high quality holster made to last.  This setup is for a LEFT handed cross draw. Product Features: Fully adjustable screw-rivet system to get a perfect fit Removable belt tie-downs designed to keep holster in place while drawing Ammo Carrier: Semi autos - double magazine case with flaps holds two magazines upside down for easy access with adjustable tension screws Revolvers - ammo case with flap, holds up to 12 bullets  Need some extra room?  Find the "XL" model to upgrade the harness to XL - extra long for an additional $10 for a big & tall fit.
