Heavy Duty aluminum throttle cable splice. Almost 1/2" OD It has a large hole (almost 3/16") so you can easily get two throttle cables through it. Even with frayed ends. It uses 2 large set screws 3/16" OD and a 3/32" allen wrench for tightening them.
