Donwill - SAFESPACE (LP)

During the strangeness of the pandemic Donwill released an EP titled SAFE. It was about how for a period of time everything felt downright dangerous. About a year after that he dropped companion piece tilted SPACE. Where as SAFE was a set of songs examining the need to be and feel safe, this time around he took some time to examine what it means to have space as a black person in America. The album was fully produced by Donwill and features the SAFE EP on side A and the SPACE EP on side B pressed on 180g black vinyl with double cover art. It includes a 12x12 photorealistic insert of the lyric sheet for ‘Every City In America Is A Sundown Town’ along with album credits. About the Artist Donwill is an Award winning rapper, producer and DJ. As a member of the rap group Tanya Morgan he has garnered critical acclaim with a string of impressive releases and music featured on Queen Sugar.
