Special Club Millésime 2018 Brut Nature

Thanks to very wet conditions in the winter of 2018,  the clay-limestone soil of Sacy was well-saturated and ready to ride out the long, hot summer that came later that year. And the abundance of sunshine resulted in plenty of excellent quality,  rich,  full fruit come harvest. While this bottle is absolutely ready to drink now, it could also rest a bit longer under cork — just to see how it changes over time.
