Terre de Moines Premier Cru Brut Nature 2018

This cuvée highlights a single vineyard, varietal and vintage. It is 100 percent 2018 pinot meunier from a parcel of vineyard that lies nearest to the village of Hautsvillers, home of the famous Benedictine monk and cellar master Dom Perignon. “Terre de moines” is French for “the monk’s lands.”
