Fathers Fully Cooked Sliced Country ham Sliced Thin, we slice our Whole Fully Cooked Country Hams and divide every third slice. You will receive 1/3 of a Bonelss Fully Cooked and Brown Sugar Glazed Coutry Hams. Weight is approximately 2-2.5 pounds. Our Sliced thin Country Hams have the same great flavor as our aged 9 months or longer whole country hams. The Cooked Country hams are slow cooked over night in a special water mixture, then deboned and glazed with brown sugar. When planning a meal we recommend 6 ounces per person. When serving on small biscuits or rolls 1.5 to 2 ounces. Best served at room temperature or heat until warm only.
