This iron-on patch is machine embroidered on matte rainbow shimmer vinyl.  Can be ironed on, but I always recommend also sewing along the edge for extra stability.  Given the gradient of the backing vinyl, exact shades may vary from patch to patch. There's a bit of difference in detail size to size - the second to last photo shows the size and detail comparison!
