TASTING NOTES The nose is fresh with notes of black cherries and red fruits. This wine has the characteristics of a Mediterranean vintage wine that is round, warm, and powerful on the mouth. It is very balanced with a little sweetness that reveals the character of vintage wines. It becomes finer with age. Plots: Bechouat, Kab Elias, Deir Ahmar, Jezzine. GRAPES VARIETIES Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon SOIL Clay and limestone. AGING In French oak barrels 12 months. Age of the Barrels: 60% new, 40% used once. FOOD PAIRING With bold flavoured dishes, such as a beef ribs, entrecote or ragout with a rich sauce.
