It has a Single Handle to control the Shower (on/off and to adjust temperature). It also includes the required Rough-in Valve which installs in the wall. The water is pressure-balanced and mixed in the Valve and then sent to the Shower Arm. This item is sold Less Showerhead i.e. without the Showerhead. This gives you the flexibility to add whatever showerhead you want. The included shower arm is a standard 1/2" size so you can add a showerhead made by virtually any manufacturer. You can really get creative with a Shower Faucet like this. Use your old showerhead, mix and match finishes, get a dual showerhead, get a showerhead/hand shower combo, or simply pick your very favorite normal style showerhead. You
