We are excited to start offering a little taste of our home country, South Africa. This "Boerewors", or Farmers Sausage, is made from 50% Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Beef and 50% Pastured Pork. These are blended together with a spice mix that gives this Boerewors a unique and tasty flavor. Sold frozen in a 1lb roll.
