**NOW TAKING DEPOSITS FOR NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2025 BEEF SHARES** Whole Beef shares are priced at $6.25/lb hanging weight.  The typical hanging weight for a whole beef varies between 600lbs-800lbs.  Processing and local home delivery is included in this price**. Half Beef shares are priced at $6.30/lb hanging weight.  The typical hanging weight for a half share varies between 300lbs-400lbs.  Processing and local home delivery is included in this price**. Once we receive the deposit we will send the cut sheet and walk you through filling it out for the cuts that you desire.  Expect about a 14-18 day turnaround from when we drop the animal off at the processor to when its ready. Below is a rough breakdown of what to expect from a 1000lb live weight animal.  The animals we take in usually weigh around 1200lbs-1400lbs so expect more meat than the table shows.  This breakdown does give you a rough idea of what to expect in terms of cuts and quantities. 1000lb animal estimates 1000   whol
