The Polar Bear (Ursus maritimus) is an apex predator which faces an existential threat primarily due to the rapid loss of its sea ice habitat caused by climate change. These incredible creatures, perfectly adapted to life in the extreme cold, rely on sea ice to hunt seals, their primary prey. As the ice diminishes, polar bears experience longer fasting periods, impacting their survival rates and reproductive success. Beyond their charismatic appearance, polar bears play a crucial role in regulating marine mammal populations, making their conservation vital for maintaining the health and balance of the Arctic ecosystem. Interbreeding with Grizzly Bears due to population overlaps affects the survival of both species.  In support 20% of all profits will be donated to Polar Bears International!
