A Chinese Qing Dynasty period two-toned ningbo cypress and rosewood cabinet from the 19th century, with brass hardware. Created in China during the Qing Dynasty in the 19th century, this tall cabinet features a linear silhouette perfectly complimented by a two-toned finish. Made of ningbo cypress and rosewood, the cabinet showcases two doors made of slightly recessed panels surrounded by a lighter frame. Fitted with elongated brass hardware including ornate pulls on etched backplates, these doors open to reveal inner shelves, a long hidden drawer and a lower compartment concealed under a lift-up board. The cabinet is raised on four straight legs connected to a darker toned apron in the front, while the sides each present a simpler apron boasting the same color than the rest of the panel.
