Plump and sticky dried pomegranate seeds meet chopped walnuts, chunks of chocolate, and flecks of coarse salt in this Persian riff on classic chocolate chip cookies. This is a slightly chewy cookie with lots of texture and bright pops of fruity pomegranate. It's inspired by the combination of walnut and pomegranate in the famous Persian stew fesenjan.
