The Junction 40 backpack from Hyperlite Mountain Gear is a premier pack designed to be ideal for ultralight weekend backpacking trips or section hikes where frequent resupply points are available.  This pack is best suited for on-trail and light off-trail adventures.  The main bag fabric is an ultra lightweight Dyneema® composite that is virtually waterproof in most conditions with it's roll-top closure style design and seam-taped seams.  The bottom section of the pack uses a more durable lightweight Dyneema® composite fabric.  5 external pockets provide quick access to all types of gear.  The rear external mesh pocket is great for drying out wet clothing or gear as you go.
