Rooster Hackle-White-Dyed - Royal

Rooster White-Dyed (neck) Hackle Feathers 3-6 inches are loose, and are soft , flexible feathers with very little fluff near the quill. Hackle feathers are usually no wider than 1/2" wide are wispy (almost see through) thin, and pointed at the tip.
