
Hori Hori Knife
The Hori Hori Knife is a beautiful multifunctional must-have for garden work made by skilled craftsmen in Tsunami-Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Hori means "to dig" in Japanese. Use it for planting, weeding, sawing through tough stems and roots, pruning -it does it all. The handle is made from Walnut wood and the blade is made using a special 420J2 Japanese stainless steel that is rust resistant with one side having serrated edges and the other a smooth, sharp blade.
