Water Protector Journal

Water Protector Journal is a 8.5 X 5.5” journal with 60 lined pages with a hand carved linoleum block design printed on the cover in green ink. The journal features a design of blue heron sparkling amongst water lily buds and cat tails in an art nouveau inspired designs. Inspired by the magic and symbolism of Blue Herons, this glorious bird watches over the water, among the cat tails and the water lilies for food and serenity. Blue Herons symbolize self-determination, patience, and balance. *Please note that due to the nature of hand-carved linoleum block printing, every print will have its own unique quality. Each edition is inspected to be the best quality and similar, but I cannot ensure exact replica of the print pictured on this site. Part of the magic of printmaking is all of the print-specific marks like "noise" or carving marks that add to the feel of the print. Please take note of this when ordering.
