Pluma Negra Tepeztate Mezcal (52% ABV)

Mezcal Pluma Negra is cultivated and distilled by third-generation mezcaleros in the mountains of San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca. Espadín 40%, Espadín 48%, Tobalá, and Tepeztate are produced using a tahona stone to crush agave, pine barrel fermentation, and double distillation in copper pots.  The Pluma Negra Tepeztate is a real treat for those that enjoy a really good Tepeztate.
