While we were working on more ways to use our great power discs Z60-24 thru Z60-27 and the Z60-28 thru Z60-30 rollers, Curtis Ferree designed and built a fitting which allows the quill assembly to be moved up or down more quickly. Current models are being shipped with this quick release included. This makes the Z60 more ambidextrous in operation and takes less space. If you have an older model, you can ship in the old Z60 frame for the Z60-1U update. The Z60 is a very forgiving unit and will allow you to be a little off without causing a major problem. The keys to its longevity are that it was NOT designed to become obsolete and is VERY USER FRIENDLY. The Z60 and its accessories make you more efficient and profitable.
