Grown from Mexico down to the southern regions of Brazil, Purpleheart stands proudly between 100-170 ft tall with up to 5 ft in diameter. The grain exhibits an elegant purple color, with a near reflective quality upon polishing. PurpleHeart is not listed as a threatened species of wood.
