Backer Rods

Backer rods— the round, flexible lengths of foam used as a “backing” in joints or cracks to help control the amount of sealant or caulking used as well as also creating a back stop, and are available in multiple sizes: • 3/8” = 2,100' reel• 5/8” = 1,550' reel• 7/8” = 850’ reel• 1-1/8” = 500’ reel• 2” = 228’ total, 38-6' pieces per box• 3” = 96' total, 24-4' pieces per box Each rod is available in a different sized reel, is a round, flexible length of foam used as a “backing” in joints or cracks to help control the amount of sealant or caulking used as well as also creating a backstop.
