Founded by the great adventurer and educator Dr. Essie McCalister, the SCMC is dedicated to the documentation and preservation of legendary creatures. Over the last century the Society for Cryptids and Mythical Creatures has traveled all over the globe in search of the most elusive and imaginary beasts.
