Tropics 60 - Low Fez

Celebrating 60 years of the Tropics Hotel in Palm Springs! Currently known as the Caliente Tropics, this tropical themed motor lodge opened in 1964 and it's the venue where we sold our very first fezzes to the public way back in 2005. We're thrilled to celebrate the hotel's anniversary and are excited to finally make our return to the Tropics this October for Circa Caliente. We really pushed ourselves to incorporate as many of the hotel's original icons as we could in this design, from the Tropics signage, to the beautiful A-frame porte-cochère, to the pair of the many carved palms created by artist Ed Crissman that towered over the property on opening day. We even added a special engraved fez-plate to the lining to mark this special edition fez.
