FiA Waterproof Workout Deck

We all have days when we realize we have the Q in less than 12 hours and we've planned nothing. Instead of scrambling through old workouts in your phone, you can now throw this FiA workout card deck in your purse and call it a day! DONE! Several FiA ladies got together and created these cards that would allow for a quick and heart pumping beatdown. They are designed to be used in multiple configurations so that using them over and over will never lead to the same workout twice!  These cards are made of PVC-based waterproof cardstock material.  You don't have to think twice about throwing these cards down on the pavement in the rain or snow - they are made to be wiped off and stored away for the next beatdown.
