Organic and natural Palomino grapes sit on 100+ year old vines for this beauty. It’s coming from Cuca Monga Valley in California. Unfined and unfiltered. Everything was harvested and allowed to rest on the skins for a week before fermentation in a sherry bota and an old french oak barrel. Rested for 6 months before bottling.
