Wonderfully elegant long button down shirt jacket / blouse from Risona by Tomo done in a gorgeous black devore fabric from Italy.  Long Sleeve with front angled patch pockets. PLEASE NOTE: if wearing as a blouse, buttoned up a cami or tank will be needed.
