Darlington Edgecraft Scylla -  Crosscut Natural Canvas Micarta - Natural Liners - Blue G10 Pinstripes The maker at Darlington Edgecraft, Carley Perkins, is the newest apprentice at Fiddleback Forge, and yet, her grinds look like she's been grinding for months, and now she's tapering tangs too!!  The Scylla is an excellent EDC knife with a swedge for those that like a bit of personality at the tip.  The handle is wide and easy to control.  It melts into your hand.  This is a really excellent knife. Andy points out that a newbie maker should not be able to do competant upswept blades.  As a point of fact, someone with Carley's experience should still be figuring out how to finish a knife with a tip at all.  She is a savant.
