Brass & Steel Pie / Cake Server

Hand-forged steel handle riveted with brass pins to a brass blade.  Steel is seasoned like a cast iron pan for darkness and finish durability. The brass blade is thin and springy, but durable - tested for a good slice and serve.  Think of rewarding yourself, or treating someone to a special way to serve the cake at their birthday and wedding!  Packaging:Every item purchased has a small maker's mark stamp on the back, and is tied with a small tag with a heat-branded insignia of this mark (burned in with a handmade branding iron).
