The Pampa Multipurpose Knife is based on the Japanese Santoku which in Japanese means "three virtues" for its ability deftly cut through meat, fish, and veggies. Blade: The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain. Handle: This model features an olive wood handle known for its unique, irregular grain patterns, and its rich coloring, making it one of our favorites.
