Produced by TÖST Dorset, Vermont Made from a blend of white tea, ginger, and elderberry, this bubbly non-alcoholic refresher has all the class of champagne with none of the foggy mornings. Dry and refreshing, it's a nice choice when abstaining from the harder stuff. That said, complex herbal notes and a faint, quinine bitterness also make for an intriguing mixer, especially with gin. -Wellspent Market
