Era: late 1920s/early 1930s Approx. size: small waist: 25-29” hip: 40” with flexibility due to bias cut length: 32” semi-sheer tissue silk in a delightful vibrant poppy print of pink, red, blue, teal, and black. Wide peach silk waist band, yoked hip with zig zag seam and very full and fluttery bias cut skirt. material: silk closure: belt ties at the side label: none condition: good. a few scattered and hard-to-detect brownish marks on skirt, one patched tear with self fabric and fusible (see image) that is largely lost in drape. Skirt is redesigned from a dress that had a badly damaged bodice.
