Wyeast Belgian High Gravity Yeast - 3787

Wyeast's Belgian High Gravity Yeast is a classic strain for producing Belgian dubbel or Belgian tripel beers. It is used to produce Belgian style ales as well, as this abbey strain produces a nice balance of complex fruity esters and phenolics.
