This coffee began as a sample roast for one of our regular customers who wanted something dark but still have full flavor. If roasted properly, a dark roast can have incredibly rich flavor profiles and we did that here! Now it's one of our top sellers. It offers some notes of rich molasses, dark honey and chocolate covered cherry. It has a heavy note of baking chocolate but very smooth and complex. If you like dark roasted coffee, you must try this one.   Details This is our darkest roast yet and considered a full French Roast. I enjoy this coffee because while it still has the bittersweet chocolate overtone, it also has some dark cherry and molasses notes that are still recognizable.  This c
