A sweet combination of tahini and sugar with additions like almonds, chocolate, peppermint, pistachio and fruits. So sweet and delicious and made with a few simple whole ingredients. Great all by itself or warmed up with fruit and nuts on top, in sweet breads or cookies. All of our halvah is made from scratch including the tahini to insure the best quality ingredients are used. We buy as many additional ingredients as we can from local farmers or farmers we know and trust across the US. sold in 1/2 lbs blocks
