Little Waves Coffee Amor Prohibido

Beloved Amor Prohibido blend. At Little Waves, they jokingly call Amor Prohibido 'the Cocoa favorite' in a nod to their Cocoa Cinnamon cafes and its sweet, chocolatey profile. Notes of toffee and candied orange balance it all out to make a sweet, full-bodied cup. Amor also works perfectly in milk-based beverages, which help bring out its big candy-sweet notes.  Recommended Brew Ratios:Espresso: 1:2 - 1:2.1 (17.5-18g in, 35-38 out, 30-32 seconds) Filter: 1:15.2 Batch Brew: 1:16 While the components of each blend may change due to seasonality and freshness, we will always be blending to match the same flavor profile.  All of the coffees we source are specialty coffee grade, sourced at a higher than fair trade wage and through the mindset of sustainability for the farmers, our business and our community.
