Of course the love story of Elio and Oliver is what keeps us fans a tiny bit obsessed with everything CMBYN, but I wanted to pay tribute to the "unsung heroes" of this movie - the clothes. The wardrobe by costume designer Giulia Piersanti is so well integrated into the story: the swim trunks, the sunglasses, the vintage Converse, the light blue button-down shirt Oliver gives to Elio...
